Description

We're looking for a co-founder.

I'm a technical founder who built an AI platform for real estate agents from scratch — CRM, listings, AI-generated property sheets, and fraud detection. The product is live. The market is massive.

What's missing is the person who sells it.

We've applied to Y Combinator this year and are actively pursuing investment. We believe we've built something genuinely innovative — both in business model and technology — and we're looking for the right person to grow it with us.

We're looking for a commercial and marketing co-founder with mid-level experience who wants to build and scale a PropTech startup from the ground up. You'll own growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.

The ideal profile:

→ Experience in sales, marketing, or growth (real estate industry is a big plus)

→ Comfortable with zero-to-one — you build the playbook, not follow one

→ Hungry to own something, not just work somewhere

→ Based in Mexico or Latin America

This is equity-based. We're raising our first round.
